The Quality License Scheme has been designed to meet the needs of Providers operating in the non-regulated market. It is designed to provide an independent Quality Mark for Providers offering their own courses to learners outside of the qualifications market. The Quality License Scheme evaluates and recognizes high quality Providers against the requirements of the Standard and Guiding Principles.
